We have a wine class coming up! On Saturday September 17, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This class will teach how to make wine from vinifera wine grape wines. The class will cover tests and why they are important, grape processing and fermentation, Malo-Lactic fermentation, suphites and even get into some bottling. The idea of this class is to give you the basic information you need to make outstanding wine, because that is our goal this class will involve some chemistry and microbiology. Come ready to take some notes and have some fun!
